- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients and take their Real Estate Expansion Requirement
- Sourcing properties for meeting client requirements
- Managing client accounts
- Finding and following new sales leads
- Attending networking events
- Arrange and conduct site inspections whenever necessary
- Managing current client accounts
- Preparing and Negotiating sales contracts
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
- Age: 23 - 27 years (Male/Female).
- Please note that this is 70% Field Work and 30% Office Work.
- City knowledge will be checked during the interview
