Roles and Responsibilities
No more than 5 years in leadgen and sales operations management/SALES FUNNEL MANAGEMENT/FOLLOW UPS/SETTING APPOINTMENTS (don’t need vague stuff- ONLY “leadgen and sales operations management”-3-5 YRS Need to hire a smart sales operations support person who will maintain our CRM (need to decide on the CRM as well and may be this candidate will help in this too). Goal would be to help management team and the sales team in US in becoming more productive on sales front.
Key tasks- interface with leadgen vendor (outsourced email marketer); qualify leads; maintain CRM FUNNEL; Schedule our sales meeting; send follow up emails; and later research for quality leads using latest lead gen tools.
